For CartConverta account owners
- Sign in to CartConverta.
- Open Settings.
- Go to the account deletion section.
- Review the effect on stores and team members.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
CartConverta will revoke stored provider credentials and begin deleting data owned solely by the account. A shared store remains available to its other authorized members.
For customers of a connected store
Contact the store you messaged and ask it to delete your conversation or customer record. Include the channel used and enough information for the store to identify the conversation. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
If the store cannot resolve the request, contact CartConverta support and identify the store and messaging channel involved.
Request through support
Open the support page and use the data-deletion contact route. We may ask for limited information to verify identity, authority, and the affected account before acting.
What happens next
After verification, we delete or de-identify information that CartConverta is required to remove and disconnect relevant provider credentials. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records, backups, or legal compliance. Retained information remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes.
Removing Meta authorization
You can also remove CartConverta from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Removing authorization prevents future access but does not by itself delete information already stored in CartConverta. Complete one of the deletion routes above if you also want stored data deleted.
