Report suspected misuse
Email support@cartconverta.automatorx.ai with “CartConverta security report” in the subject. Do not include live credentials. Describe the affected feature and a safe way to reproduce the concern.

We review requests in the order received and prioritize active security, account-access, and privacy issues. Identity or store authority may need to be verified before we disclose, change, or delete information.
