Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using CartConverta, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for the business or store you connect to the service.
Your accounts and connected services
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, managing team access, and maintaining authorization for every Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, and other service you connect. You must follow the rules of those third-party platforms.
Acceptable use
You may not use CartConverta to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unauthorized messages; impersonate others; bypass platform restrictions; distribute malware; or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the products, claims, instructions, and knowledge supplied to your automated agent.
Automation and operator responsibility
Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect. You must configure appropriate instructions, review performance, keep product information accurate, and use human takeover when needed. CartConverta provides controls intended to support responsible operation, but the store remains responsible for its customer communications and legal obligations.
Availability, changes, and third parties
The service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure. Features may change, become unavailable, or require updated permissions when those providers change their services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably practical.
Fees and suspension
Any applicable pricing, usage limits, and payment terms presented when you subscribe form part of this agreement. We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or conduct that threatens users or the service.
Ownership and feedback
You retain rights in the business content you provide. You authorize us and our providers to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. CartConverta, its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of AutomatorX and its licensors. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. AutomatorX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party platform changes. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may terminate access for a material breach or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
